Olas y Copas is a family business.

We opened our first restaurant, La Boheme, in 2015, but our story didn’t start there. Our story began in 1999 when we migrated from our homeland, Chile, to what was a little known island off the coast of Venezuela in hopes of a better life. In our time here we’ve experienced many things, hardships, prosperity, but most importantly we’ve experienced growth. We opened our first restaurant, La Boheme, in 2015 with little knowledge as to how to run a restaurant. We grew slowly, but surely. Ever since, we’ve opened three more restaurants, Mistral, Olas & Copas, and recently, Santa Anna. Just as we’ve grown, our love for Curacao has grown. And we strive to continue bringing life to our island every step of the way.

To us, our restaurants are not just about the food. Our restaurants are about the experience that we serve alongside your meal. From the music, to the drinks, down to even the conversations you have with our staff, we want to make the experience of dining with us as enriching as possible.
